Refund Policy

Membership payments

PMSInsights offers Free and paid (Pro / Premium) membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually via Cashfree.

Refund eligibility

• Memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future auto-renewal.
• Paid membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

How to request

Email refund@pmsinsights.in with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
