By accessing or using PMSInsights ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service

PMSInsights is an information and comparison platform for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) in India. It is not an investment adviser, distributor, or broker, and nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or strategy.

3. Data sources

Performance figures and other data are sourced from official disclosures and provider data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is complete, current or error-free.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software on the Platform are owned by PMSInsights or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

PMSInsights shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Communications & Marketing Consent

By creating an account or using our services, you consent to PMSInsights and its partner companies using the information you provide — including your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and usage details — for transactional messages, service and account communication, and marketing about our and our partners' products and services, through email, SMS, WhatsApp and phone. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by emailing info@pmsinsights.in; essential service and transactional messages needed to run your account will continue.
