The objective of the Investment Approach is to invest in debt and debt related instruments including unlisted debt instruments. The Investment Approach may be launched in several series or tranches depending on the availability of opportunities in the market. There is a potential for intermediate exit, but the same can happen at the available quote from the market which may be less than the fair value of the security. In any case for intermediate exits, the pay-off calculation will not be applicable.
